- Where are the accessories used?

- Which materials are used in the production of accessories?
Beads, stoppers and cordends are commonly produced from plastic, but also from polyester and other raw materials. We process the Polyamide 6 material which we procure from our distinguished suppliers in our production facility and obtain accessories with high quality standards. Plastic raw material, which we pass through the molds prepared by injection method during production, are then dyed and brightness adjusted upon the request of our customers. We are also able to prepare special designs for our customers in our molding facility in our production facility. In this way, we can reach a wide range of accessories and accessory models as much as our imagination.
- How are accessories manufactured?
Other commonly used accessory products such as buckles, are also made of polyester. Upon the request of our customers, these textile accessories can be produced from other raw materials such as acrylic, plastic, metalized. The liquid polyester, which we supply specially, is subjected to some tests by our expert quality control team. As a result of the tests, the raw materials having the quality of Plassan Button are heading towards the section where the manufacturing machines are located in our production facility. Polyester passing through roller machines, comes out of our factory with the desired shape at the end of special processes. In the next step, it is transferred to the packaging hall by dying the desired color of our customer and bringing it to the desired shining appearance
