- Where to use cordends?
Cordends are used in many textile products as they are used to provide aesthetic appearance in every garment used in tie . It is generally used in winter clothing such as coats, but also frequently used in hoodys, tracksuits and especially sportswear. Cord ends are also used at the ends of the ties which are used in sports clothes and allow the person to adjust the clothes according to himself / herself. In this way, when a person ties these cords, he has a more aesthetic appearance and the comfort of wearing an outfit.
- What materıals used to produce cordends?
Plastic raw material is generally used for the production of cordends, but polyester, rod, acrylic and metallized materials are also produced to meet the other needs of the industry. Cordends produced in different models, varieties, colors and sizes are encountered in many parts of our daily lives. Plastic corends are made of Polyamide 6 material, while polyester corends are made of raw materials obtained by mixing liquid polyester and other special materials. Phthalate, carcinogenic substances and heavy metals are never used in the production of bonding tips, which are also used in children’s clothing to protect rubber tips from children. Throughout our production line, we are carefully progressing through each step. However, we always try to keep our own brand quality at a high level with the tests performed by our quality control team.
- How to produce cordends?
